We are looking for a good fit, and you should be too. Many companies can offer you a “job”, but you would just be filling a “slot” on a contract. Are you looking for a true career-building opportunity that will help you achieve the short-, mid-, and long-term goals you have set for yourself? Contracts are supported by a number of great companies, but wouldn’t you like to join a great employee-centric company that gets to know you a lot better? A company like Intelliforce will work with you to discuss your goals and how they fit in with the goals of the company. We will discuss the work we have now and the work we are pursuing, for our future and for yours.
We work with our employees to create a customized career development plan, and we work together throughout the year to help them pursue their goals as defined in the plan. We take pride in the quality of our team and we enjoy working with professionals who choose to hone their technical skills and problem solving capabilities, while succeeding in a complex and ever-changing environment. Most individuals on our team have post-graduate degrees, and many pursue vendor-based training and certifications to expand their breadth and depth of knowledge.
The right fit for Intelliforce is a sharp professional, at any level in their career; someone who is proactive in the pursuit of their career goals, while providing our customer with creative long-term scalable solutions to ever-changing challenges.
If this sounds like you, we should talk. We have many opportunities to discuss, not just another job.
Dawn Young-Bermudez is the founder, owner and president of Intelliforce. She combines over 20 years of computer science and business experience, while mostly supporting the DoD over that time. With a caring, creative and proactive philosophy toward her approach to life and business, she is happiest when nurturing and supporting her family, her team and her customers.
After receiving her Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from Loyola College of MD, she started her career as a software engineer, specializing in modelling and simulations of wartime exercises. Soon after, she stood up a computer science program for a U.S. Embassy School (Grades K through 12) that didn’t exist previously, which included purchasing the computer hardware and training the staff. Over time, finding that she enjoyed training and helping people, as well as growing initiatives from the ground up, she moved toward her natural love of business. Today, growing Intelliforce, supporting her Intelliforce family and contributing to the success of the customer mission is her greatest hobby (along with traveling with family and friends, too)!
Mark has over 25 years of developing software for federal government customers, beginning with NASA, before moving into the Intelligence Community, where he has spent well over 20 years. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC), as well as a Masters of Science Degree in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University’s Whiting School of Engineering.
In addition to providing software engineering expertise to the federal government, Mark has been intimately involved in the business aspects of several companies for more than 20 years. He brings experience managing personnel and contracts, developing business, staffing and hiring.
As Vice President for Intelliforce, Mark supports all areas of the business. Although, his primary focus is business development, he also provides support with personnel and contract management, proposals, staffing and hiring, and general day-to-day operations.
In the time away from his professional endeavors, Mark plays golf, amateur pool and fantasy football, spends quality time with his wife, kids and dog, and enjoys watching baseball and football.
