Founder
Ross is a passionate and altruistically motivated HR professional with long stemming roots in and around government contracting. His background includes work with government contractors, government agencies, and the military. In addition to founding ScuttleGov, Ross identifies his greatest accomplishment and role in life as being a loving and engaged father. He’s an active board member for Blossom’s of Hope, and a youth soccer coach in Columbia, MD. Ross tirelessly commits his time to helping whoever, wherever, and whenever he can. When he’s not working or volunteering, you’ll find him on any number of trails carrying an unnecessary amount of weight in his pack – his favorite way to decompress and recharge. Prior to founding ScuttleGov, Ross was the Head of People at one of the most successful Data Access Control start-ups in the world. In this role, he helped the company grow from 20 to over 200 employees in just four years. His earlier years were spent building out talent acquisition teams and attracting the best talent available to some of the most recognizable companies around the globe.
