John Martin, Founder / CEO
About John Martin
As Founder and CEO of Dynamics Technologies, John leads the corporate strategy while also overseeing Marketing, Accounting, and Contracts functions within the firm.
John earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland at College Park and a M.S. from Johns Hopkins University. A member of the Institute of Electronic and Electrical Engineers (IEEE), he has a background in developing embedded, digital signal processing, and both mobile and signals intelligence solutions for Intelligence Community clients. He’s also a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
A Washington, D.C. native, John strongly believes in the developing cyber security and signals intelligence solutions that secure our Nation. He takes great pride in getting to know our employees, developing their strengths, and offering them challenging opportunities where they will be successful. John is also an active Alto and Tenor Sax player with the Columbia Concert Band.
Together as a team, John believes we can solve any problem for our clients.

Training and Development
We are committed to helping our employees advance their skills in leadership and staying on the forefront of technology. The company provides $5,250 towards tuition reimbursement, classroom training, on-line training, technical conferences, and industry certifications. This includes up to 1 week paid time off for training.
Student Loan Reimbursement
Employees may use up to $2k of their training benefit towards student loan reimbursement.
Technology Purchases
We would like to ensure that all employees have the opportunity to upgrade their technology, when needed. The company provides reimbursement for $500 per year towards cellphone, internet, or computer upgrades.
